The Melbourne Street Art Tours were designed by street artists to give the best representation of the Melbourne underground street art scene.

The Melbourne Street Art Tours are managed by Adrian Doyle. Doyle has a research Masters from the Victorian College of the Arts. He set up and manages the Blender Studio, (Street art hub.) Dark Horse Experiment and the Melbourne Propaganda Window. He is employed by the local inter city government. (Graffiti portfolio)

Doyle has been part of the Melbourne street movement since its beginnings. He published a book on Street Art in 2008, and has his stencil work in the National Gallery of Australia collection.
